Interior and lighting design, mechanical and electrical design and installation. Procurement and project management.

A beautiful raised ground floor flat, with an abundance of original features, that we wanted to preserve. The challenge was running all the new services and electrics without damaging the existing cornicing, skirting and door frames.

The existing ceiling light points were used, supplemented by lots of of wall lights and lamps.

An internal stained glass window was also created to bring the afternoon light from the bedroom into the living room.
